The App is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice or diagnosis, and is not a substitute for professional care. Your use of the App is also governed by our Medical Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Nothing in the App is medical advice. The App's phenotype patterns, lab comparisons, supplement information, and advocacy scripts are educational only. You should not act on anything in the App without consulting a qualified healthcare professional. See the Medical Disclaimer for full detail.
The App may contain affiliate links to third-party retailers such as Amazon. When you purchase a product through one of these links, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. These commissions help keep the App free. Affiliate relationships are disclosed within the App at the point where such links appear.
Our own products. KANDIKILLS LLC may also offer or recommend products that it owns or has a financial interest in. Where the App features or recommends a product affiliated with KANDIKILLS LLC, that relationship will be disclosed clearly at the point of recommendation. Any product recommendation — affiliated or not — is optional, and you are never required to purchase anything to use the App.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KANDIKILLS LLC AND ITS OWNERS, MEMBERS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY HEALTH OUTCOMES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE APP. YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KANDIKILLS LLC and its owners, members, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent version. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
